Immigrated to Victoria, British Columbia when I was a year old and opened a family restaurant downtown
Began watercolour classes with Lenaya Chrystall when I was 13 which helped me develop my art skills
Completed my Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Hospitality and Tourism at the University of Guelph in Ontario
Lived in Vancouver, Guelph, Kelowna and Innsbruck
Worked in the hotel banquets industry in Vancouver before moving home to Victoria
Began Art by Sharon Lam after losing my mother in the winter of 2019 to ovarian cancer. Now focusing on creating and sharing my art in her honour
Primarily creating artwork using an Ipad Pro and the Procreate application and sometimes painting watercolours
Currently lives with two amazing black cats named Dill and Basil
