@phovyvictoria has been one of my family’s favourite restaurants for my entire life! I grew up going here Sunday nights after playing badminton together. My regular order is the #18 regular (the Pho Vy Dac Biet Special) #13 (Cha Gio Deep Fried Spring Rolls), and #9 (Vietnamese iced coffee). It’s funny because I don’t think my order has changed at all since I was in high school!
