Fairfield Gonzales Observer Cover Sept 2022

It is so exciting to see my illustration on the cover of the @fairfieldcommunity Observer! I am so grateful that my art was exhibited here in the Art at the Place program earlier this year and that I got to hold my first ever art reception! Prior to my art exhibition, I had never spent too much time here so it was a great opportunity to learn more about everything they do for the community! I think it is so cool that they have free community dinners, an indoor community freezer, an outdoor food pantry and several “shopping days” where people can access free healthy rescued food! It was definitely a joy to draw their little food pantry and their tiny library!
