As an urban sketcher and travel lover, I’ve always loved the unique challenge of capturing the spirit of a place. I began digitally illustrating my family’s favorite spots around Victoria when my mom was in hospice, hoping to bring a piece of home into her hospital room and celebrate the life she built for us here. Creating art that reflects the memories and essence of meaningful places is deeply important to me.
I usually focus on places I’ve personally experienced, allowing me to soak in the atmosphere and culture that make each location unique. As a self-taught artist, I rely heavily on inspiration, which makes it difficult to take on commissions or adhere to strict deadlines—so I currently do not accept them.
