Today @lamchop.mp3 and I went to @blue_fox_cafe and I had the best huevos rancheros! This is another crazy tasty restaurant that I knew I had to illustrate for the 2022 “Restaurants Mom would let me skip school for” calendar. It’s very rare to come here and not have to wait in line - I remember the weekend line ups could be almost an hour! That’s why Mom would occasionally see if Aaron and I could skip school to eat here. It was always worth it!
