Happy Chinese New Years! I remember coming down here to watch the lion dances with my brother when we were younger. It was a big deal when my Mom finally let us run around downtown on our own. As a kid, I always left these celebrations with my heart pounding from the firecrackers but also so excited. I would go home and make my Grandma re-enact the lion dances with me in the living room under a blanket.
