Village Torquay is a staple in our community. I honestly don’t know how we survived without having them in our neighborhood before! But on a more personal note, my Brother and I came here probably about once or twice a week in 2020. It was the year after we lost Mom and we were so tired and burnt out. We had no energy to cook or take care of ourselves, so we’d go out for lunch just about every day. The food and all around love and friendliness from the team at Village really helped nourish us and helped us regain our energy. I think my favourites are the Red Barn Benny, Village BLT or the Torquay Tacos! Some of the best soups I’ve ever had are from here too. I’m getting hungry writing about them!
