I am so excited to share this commission of @spinnakersbrewpub! One of the best parts of illustrating restaurants is being able to connect with passionate members of the hospitality industry! Jami has worked for Spinnakers for many years and commissioned this illustration as a parting gift to the owner before she leaves to open her own amazing business ___. I can’t wait to visit their shop in Broadmead Village when they open later this month!

I had so much fun illustrating this one - from all the gift shop merchandise, baked goods to the little seagull looking for french fries on the patio. I used to work morning shifts around the corner and my coworkers and I would go to Spinnakers afterwards for a well earned happy hour drink! I have so many wonderful memories of eating and drinking with some of my favourite people here, it was an absolute honour to illustrate it!
